Equipment is supplied at cost.
Where OT-Vation sources, procures, delivers or installs equipment on your behalf, a procurement and service fee may apply. Any additional costs will always be discussed and agreed before any purchases are made.

Subject to availability, appointments outside normal working hours may be available.

Invoices are issued electronically following completion of the assessment or treatment session unless alternative arrangements have been agreed.
